Yes. Drafts are prepared without a GTIN; a GTIN is required to publish. You get a company prefix from GS1 and define a barcode for each product and size/colour. QR codes without a GTIN redirect to a fallback address.
We check format and internal consistency: GTIN check digit, composition summing to 100%, missing required fields, contradictory claims. Factual accuracy is the manufacturer's responsibility; you can attach your documents to the passport.
